1. Appointments
1.1 Please give 48 hours for any cancellations to allow someone else to take the appointment. Please note that if less than 48 notice when cancelling an appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of £35, unless we can refill the slot at short notice.
1.2. If you are unwell, including if you have signs of COVID, please telephone to cancel your appointment.
1.3. You are welcome to bring a chaperone or may ask for one at the time of booking an appointment.
1.4. The therapy room at Neals Yard Remedies is downstairs beneath the shop. There is not a lift. If you cannot manage stairs, please let us know before your appointment as we may not be able to see you at these premises.
1.5. We kindly ask that you read and complete our assessment form prior to your initial appointment. This gives us information which will be discussed further with your practitioner. If you feel uncomfortable or have and issues regarding this, please let us know.
2. Payment
2.1. For insured patients, please ensure you have arranged pre-authorisation for your appointment, as the invoice will be sent to your insurer following the appointment. If we are notified by your insurer of an excess or shortfall you are liable for, this will be automatically charged to your payment card.
2.2. For self paying patients, we take full payment at the time of booking for all appointments.
2.3. If an appointment is missed without prior cancellation, or if your cancellation is given with less than the required 48 (working) hours notice, your card will be charged the £35 cancellation fee.
3. Data
3.1. Your data is stored within our secure private practice management software and is protected with multi-stage passwords for all users.
3.2. We will only hold your data for as long as necessary in accordance with data laws.
