POSTNATAL EVENT WITH CLARE LOUGHNANE AT STUDIO 13!!
27th OCTOBER 4pm – 6.15pm
This workshop will include 75mins of Postnatal yoga and guided meditation with Pre and Postnatal yoga teacher Clare Loughnane.
Plus a 60 min session with Louise Rahmanou .
During this time Louise & Clare will cover ;
Pelvic floor re-training and strengthening exercises.
Specific exercises to reduce and restore abdominal strength and tummy gap.
Along with general advice for postpartum body health .
Yoga poses & practices specific to core recovery and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
What is the pelvic floor & core:
Understand the core muscles as a group, impacts of pregnancy and how they work as a cohesive system
How to tell if something is wrong: Common signs and symptoms of core dysfunction
Understanding the changes in your body and how to heal
Returning to exercise:
The low-down on how to safely return to exercise post baby
Pranayama for calming and restoring energy , good to do whilst feeding etc ..
The workshop is suitable for all postnatal ladies from six week and upwards ( yes you can come if you have a 4yr old!)
